About the show

The show primarily explores the stark contrast between the virtual world—including artificial intelligence and social networks—and the authentic reality of our everyday lives. This dichotomy is depicted through a nuanced interplay of revelation and concealment, examining the façade we present online versus our concealed true selves. While we often portray a façade of positivity in digital spaces, the show delves into the hidden negativity of our reality that we typically choose to keep private.

On social media, everyone has the infinite freedom to shape and present their image according to their own vision of authenticity. Still, it is striking how eerily similar all profiles seem. We engage in a constant game of deciding what should be exposed and what should remain hidden, as if captivated by an addiction to likes, comments, and reactions. We cling to often exaggerated validations, perhaps hoping these interactions can fill the void in our lives, without realizing that they may actually be the source of that void. Little by little, we detach ourselves from the real world, becoming blind to our immediate surroundings, while life seems to take place elsewhere—in the choice of the perfect filter for each photo.

Inestable explores the space of connection between ourselves, technology, and others—a sense of instability that emerges as we search for common ground, a genuine point of encounter between our own identity and that of others
