GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
MADRID DESTINO CULTURA TURISMO Y NEGOCIO (hereinafter, MADRID DESTINO), with tax identification number A-84073105 and registered address at Calle Conde Duque, 9-11, 2nd floor, 28015 Madrid, is a municipal company owned by the Madrid City Council. Its corporate purpose includes, among other things:
“The management of cultural, educational, and artistic programmes and activities; their organization, support, and dissemination; the promotion of public and private initiatives in this field, including cooperation with public and private entities at national and international levels; the provision of advisory services, studies, training for artists and technicians related to these activities; and the provision of all services and infrastructure integral or complementary to such programmes and activities.”
This Legal Notice sets out the terms and conditions of use for the Website to publicize the programming of Centro Danza Matadero.
This Legal Notice applies to both unregistered users and registered users who subscribe to receive newsletters about the programming of Centro Danza Matadero. Additionally, it applies to registered users who choose to receive tailored information according to selected interests, as well as special activities aimed at subscribers (e.g., invitations to premieres, exclusive previews...).

1.- USER DEFINITION
Access to and/or use of the Website grants the user status to anyone engaging in such activity, and by doing so, the user fully and unconditionally accepts these General Conditions, without prejudice to any specific terms that MADRID DESTINO may establish for registered users in each section.

The user agrees to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, good faith, public order, and generally accepted customs and practices. The user also agrees not to use the Website for unlawful purposes or in any way that may infringe upon the rights or interests of MADRID DESTINO, the Madrid City Council, and/or third parties, or to disrupt or hinder the normal functioning of the Website (e.g., introducing malicious code, even if filters are in place to deactivate it).
For any project or publication, the user is obligated to comply with all applicable laws in their territory, the jurisdiction of the website, and any other relevant location, being solely responsible for the information and offers posted on the Website. The user agrees to hold MADRID DESTINO harmless from any damages, losses, or other liabilities that may arise from their actions or negligence.
Users are authorized to view all accessible content on the Website and to download and reproduce materials (images, audiovisual files, brochures, reports, publications, etc.) on their devices, in accordance with intellectual property laws and the usage license outlined in Clause Six.
The user bears sole responsibility for their use of the Website and must hold MADRID DESTINO and/or the Madrid City Council harmless from any damages or losses, direct or indirect, caused by their failure to comply with these General Conditions.
MADRID DESTINO reserves the right to deny access to any user who breaches these General Conditions or applicable Specific Conditions. It will pursue any misuse of the Website through legal channels, including civil and criminal actions.
3.- MADRID DESTINO'S OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY
MADRID DESTINO is not liable for any damages that users or third parties may suffer due to:
- Lack of availability, maintenance, or proper functioning of the Website, its services, or content.
- Inadequacy or unsuitability of the Website, its services, or content for user needs or expectations.
- Errors or outdated content on the Website.
- Presence of viruses or other harmful elements.

5.- MODIFICATIONS OR SERVICE DISCONTINUATION
To improve the Website, MADRID DESTINO reserves the right to unilaterally modify its configuration, content, design, or services, in whole or in part, including the terms of use and access conditions. Users will be notified in advance if such changes affect service fees—at least thirty (30) days prior to enforcement.
If registered users disagree with the changes, they may cancel their registration. Cancellation will be automatic, except as provided in the ¡MADRID! PLATFORM membership contract.
MADRID DESTINO also reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue the Website or any of its content or services at its sole discretion.

Website content provided by MADRID DESTINO is protected by copyright and, in some cases, image or industrial property rights.

8.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes regarding its interpretation, application, or enforcement will be submitted to the courts of Madrid (Spain), with both parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
