• People with a disability, wheelchair users, and their companion
• Groups of 6 or more from public or private educational, cultural, and training institutions (groups from schools, colleges, vocational training centres, universities, dance schools, conservatories, performing arts schools, academies, etc.).*

*To request this discount, please send an email to actividades@centrodanzamatadero.com including an official document (issued by the centre or institution) and stating the required number of tickets. 

Direct 5-euro discount

• For individuals of groups of less than 6 people from public or private educational, cultural, and training institutions (groups from schools, colleges, vocational training centres, universities, dance schools, conservatories, performing arts schools, academies, etc.). To request this discount, please present a valid membership card.

RETURNS POLICY

Ticket returns

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the scheduled performance is cancelled.  In such an event, requests for refunds for tickets purchased online should be emailed to entradas@madrid-destino.com 
 

Refunds in the event of a show being cancelled
 

In the event of a cancellation, the price of tickets purchased via this website will be refunded to the same card used to make the purchase. For tickets purchased at the box office, the refund will be made upon presentation of the tickets at the same box office during normal opening hours. Due to the transaction volumes, it may take up to 15 days or more to process refunds. For further information, affected patrons should write to entradas@madrid-destino.com
 

Rules of use

• Access to the theatre is not permitted once the performance has begun.
• Patrons are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes before the performance to ensure that it can start on time.
• Tickets are on sale both online and at the Matadero box office.
• We ask that people with reduced mobility inform us accordingly when purchasing their tickets.
• Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the scheduled performance is cancelled.
• Patrons should note that seating is arranged in tiers.
• Please, retain your ticket until the end of the show. You will need to present it if you have to leave the theatre.
